Entertainment Region

The entertainment region is the most dangerous of all three. Region leader Kaleb likes to test the inhabitants for strength and hold tournaments / fights without rules in some sort of coliseum. The region itself is saturated with clubs, cheap eateries, places for unauthorized weapon upgrades, and even casinos.

But even so, Tech City rules still applying to it, for example, BFBs that are peaceful must be protected at all costs, and attacks on them are prohibited. But there is a little amount of peaceful fellas that want to live in the region like that.
