Leader’s Tower

Leader's Tower is a central point of the City, a place where all leaders are meets with each other regarding the situation in the City and outside of it. All important discussions and decisions are made here and only here. For the most part, it’s empty until emergency is called or leaders need to discuss something. It’s still maintained by the regular residents, although no important or confidential information is stored here, so there is not much of a security placed.
